Mis-Selling Service

In recent years we have become aware of poor advice given to our clients by previous financial advisers.  In the main this has been investment and pension related, which have resulted in losses of thousands of pounds.

We are not talking about investment losses on mainstream UK investment funds but obvious mis-selling where the client has been given the wrong advice and possibly where the objective has been to maximise the income to the Adviser.

In many cases the adviser has moved on or may not indeed be even in the industry anymore.

To date we have been successful in obtaining compensation for these clients, which in all cases have been substantial!
